As a Program Manager, you will be at the forefront of pioneering LLM-based applications, managing partnerships, and ensuring these solutions deliver real-world impact. You will play a crucial role in expanding ARTPARK’s impact by forging partnerships, driving execution, and exploring innovative ways to leverage LLMs to address public health challenges.
You will be a part of the GenAI team at ARTPARK.
ARTPARK’s GenAI team partners with several non-profits to solve problems and create impact on the ground in public health by leveraging LLMs. Our focus includes projects that address real-world problems, such as our recent collaboration with Armman, funded by the Gates Foundation. It involved developing LLM-based applications to aid health workers in the field, demonstrating our commitment to practical and impactful AI applications. Such is the impact potential of this initiative that it featured in Gates Notes as one of “the coolest innovations” he saw at the event.
We are now on track to form strong partnerships to build and deploy LLM-based applications across domains such as mental health, non-communicable diseases, and environmental impact on health.
Key Responsibilities
Program Management, Execution & Stakeholder Engagement:
Own and manage the execution of assigned projects in the public health domain, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are met.
Collaborate with public health institutions, non-profits, and government partners to design, implement, and monitor LLM-based applications for various use cases.
Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, and communication frameworks to ensure smooth project execution.
Build and manage strong relationships with partners, including academia, non-profits, and government bodies.
Represent ARTPARK in discussions with collaborators, ensuring alignment on project objectives, milestones, and outcomes.
Develop a working knowledge of LLM-based tools and experiment with their application in public health settings.
Support technical teams with data collection, model testing, and evaluation processes where needed.
Partnerships, Proposal Development & Grant Writing:
Explore, create & document synergistic partnerships towards our strategy.
Identify funding opportunities and collaborate with internal and external partners to write compelling proposals.
Coordinate inputs from technical teams, domain experts, and external stakeholders to build impactful grant applications.
Operational Support:
Assist stakeholders by improving their productivity through effective communication, documentation, and support systems.
Facilitate knowledge sharing between internal teams and project partners.
Qualifications
Ownership/entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach.
Proven experience of 2-3 years in program management. Experience in entrepreneurship, public health or public policy domains would be a plus.
Ability to thrive and learn in a fast-paced, uncertain environment.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Experience
Prior experience working with non-profits, academic institutions, or government bodies in India.
Experience in grant writing, proposal development, or fundraising initiatives.
Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) and their practical applications in real-world scenarios.
Basic coding skills and the ability to explore LLM tools hands-on is desirable.
Exposure to AI/ML projects, particularly those involving language models
