Mission Pragati

Mission Pragati is a student-led program under ARTPARK @ IISc. The aim of the centre is to provide skill-building opportunities via courses, workshops and participation in live projects to students and early professionals in robotics and AI.

Innovation Accelerator

To ensure that it is sustainable to build such solutions, we have an enterprise end where we are taking forward product-based solutions that incubate startups or our ideators come up with, assess their marketability, and incubate such projects for 3-12 months depending on needs. 

This branch is designed to generate revenue and hold employees.

Solutions Lab

This services to the end handling the defense projects and more. We are providing solutioning services through this end.

Mission Pragati

Our upskilling end - where we select students from all walks of life and provide tailored guidance to them as per their requirements and interests —a personalized training program that makes them suitable for employment with us and beyond. This capability-building program is central to our initiative as we recognize university education does not prepare students to create industry-ready solutions.

Courses @ Mission Pragati

+ Interview Training

A compact 3-day interview training course. We will be providing this training from a very different standpoint, in the fact that instead of giving standard tips and methodologies to tackle interviews, we are taking a rather introspective approach to fostering soft skills.

As part of this course, we had the opportunity to interview a Wing Commander and record his personal stories - pivotal moments from his life, that sculpted him into the person he is. These moments then serve as inspiration to young students, and we allow them to look back into their own lives and find stories that have made them who they are. (Circling back to the importance of the ability to sell.) We show them how he related his personal experiences to his skill set, and we show students how to do the same for themselves, which is an entirely unique offering, not only in India, but globally.

Course Structure

  • A thorough analysis of recorded interviews featuring diverse interviewer-interviewee archetypes.

    Here we help students to tackle a range of interview scenarios. They learn to identify strengths, weaknesses, the key pain point, and provide recommendations from their understanding.

  • A series of sessions on field-specific technical skills, where students will be taught how to navigate technical interview rounds, as relevant to the latest industry practices.

  • The final class of the course will include the Wing Commander's interview followed by analysis and insights derived from it. The course ends with an interactive session on the art of storytelling.
